Bridget Fox is Executive Vice President of Strategy and Community Engagement at the United Way of Western Connecticut. In this role, Bridget oversees volunteer programming and community impact work. This work includes promoting corporate and individual volunteer engagement as well as the United Way’s grant making initiatives.
Prior to working at United Way, Bridget served for seven years as the School Readiness Liaison for the City of Stamford working in the Mayor’s Office to oversee the City’s publicly funded preschool programs. Bridget also worked in the Corporate Affairs Department of Citizens Financial Group in Boston, Massachusetts and served for a year as a Jesuit Volunteer in Lowell, Massachusetts as a case manager at a homeless shelter.
Bridget received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. She lives in Stamford with her husband Dan and three children, Eleanor, Tommy and Maura.
